That part of Lot Forty-four (44) of MARSHALL SUBDIVISION, Plat Book
7, page 17, public records of Pinellas County, Florida, described
as follows: From the Southeast corner of said Lot 44, run Westerly
along the South line of said lot 147 feet for point of beginning;
thence North eight-tenths of a footi thence Westerly parallel to
the Soutn line of said lot 16.2 feet; thence South eight-tenths
of a foot to the Soutn line of said Lot 44i tnence Easterly along
the South line of said Lot 44, 16.2 feet to point of beginning.

It is understood that the City'of Clearwater has con-
structed an underground concrete pump'ing station known
as City of Clearwater Pumping Station No.6, Which
station is constructed in Marshall street but encroaches
on Lot 44 of Marshall Subdivision for a distance of
eight-tenths of a foot. The purpose and intention of
this quit-claim deed is 'to convey and release to the
City of Clearwater only that portion of Lot 44 affected
by said encroachment.
