Home Corporation and the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the above described property be released from all of the restrictions; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, paid by U. S. Home Corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the City of Clearwater, Florida, the undersigned City of Clearwater, Florida, to whose benefit the above cited restrictions inure, does hereby lift and remove same and terminate, waive, and abandon any right which it may have or might hereafter have to enforce such restrictions against the above described property.
