WHEREAS, on the 14th day of August, 1971, Estell L. Reagan
and Esther L. Regan, his wife, and LaMonte-Shimberg Corporation were
the owners of certain real property situated and located in Pinellas County,

Book 3610, pages 110 through 113, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of U. S. Home Corporation and the
City of Clearwater, Florida, that the above described property be released
from all of the restrictions;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, paid by U. S. Home Corporation, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by the City of Clearwater, Florida, the
undersigned City of Clearwater, Florida, to whose benefit the above cited
restrictions inure, does hereby lift and remove same and terminate, waive,
and abandon any right which it may have or might hereafter have to enforce
such restrictions against the above described property.
It is the intention of the City of Clearwater, Florida, that it releases
any past, present or future owner of the above described real property from
any and all possible liability or responsibility insofar as any such liability
or responsibility may have been created or imposed by virtue of the
restrictions identified herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater, Florida, pursuant
to a motion of its City Commission at the meeting of the City Commission
held the 17th day of March, 1983, which authorized the execution"f the
