BACKGROUND: This facility will be completed in two phases. Phase onc
consists of developing ~ hallfield ($7,000) and installing playground
apparatus ($5,000). rurther d~velopment will include b:lsketball court, rest-
tooms and ballfield lights.
The Parks and Recreation Department staff has met on several occaSlons
with residents of this subdivision who arc most anxious to get this project
initiated.
