HIRSCHFELD, AS TRUSTEE, as to 1/3�d �wnership, whase address is: 7105 Pe�ican Drive, Tar-npa, Florida 33634, (herein "Seller") and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, �'L.ORI�DA, a Florida municipality, 112 South Osceola Avenue, C�earwater, Florida 33756 (h�rein Buyer or City ), (collectively Parties ). WIITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Parties have heretofare entered into �he Agreement for the sale and purchase of re�l property �s describ�d therein; and WHEREAS, paragraph 14 of the Agreement afforded the Buyer a Right of Inspection for a period of fifty (50) days follawing the EfFective Date, June 2D, 2q11, which shall expire on August 9, 2011; �nd WNEREAS, paragraph 9�f the Agreement provides for an �xtensian af up ta sixty (60) days should a Party be unable ta comply with any provision within the time allowed, and correspondingly no� be prepared to close in the timeframe set forth therein; and WFiEREAS, Buyer has made all reasonable and diligent efforts ta comply with the sixty (60) day Right of Insp�ction period, b�t environmental conditians have arisen which require additiona9 inve�tigatoon, and therefore B�yer has request�d, and Seller agrees to grant, a sixty (60) day extensia� f�r Buyer to complete its environmental investigation; and IVO'lIV THER�FORE, in consideration af the foregoing and the mutual covenants containe� hereinafter, IT IS AGREED AS F�LLOWS: '�.
