THIS DEED, made this 22nd day of September, 1970,
by PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, Party of the first part, and the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, Party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of ONE and no/lOO ($1.00)
DOLLAR and O.V.C., to it In hand paid by the party of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever, the following described
