William M. Goza, Trust Account, dated December 15, 1970,
in the amount of $512. 05 to cover documentary stamps on
Deed and recording affidavit.
Affidavit of H. M. Coachman, dated December 10, 1970,
concerning oil lease, which should be recorded.
Closing Statement
Letter from H. M. Coachman, President of Coachman
Properties, Inc., dated December 15, 1970, agreeing to
join City in any application for release of mineral reservations.
Copy of tax receipt showing 1970 taxes paid in full.

Before the undersigned authority this day personally
appeared H. IYI. Coachman, who being first duly sworn deposes and
says that he is the President of Coachman Properties, Inc., a
Florida corporation, owner of the property described in the
attachment to this affidavit; that Affiant is also the son of
S. S. Coachman and Jessie C. Coachman, his wife, Grantors in that
certain oil and gas lease given by them for the above described
property to Houk Realty Company of St. Petersburg, Florida, which
lease was dated June 20, 1927 and was recorded in Deed Record
520, page 283, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
that a provision of said lease was that it should remain in force
one year and as long as oil or gas or either of them is produced
from said land by the Lessee in paying quantities; that, to the
personal knowledge of Affiant, the said Grante~ nor anyone
acting by, through or under them, .Oer did drill for oil or gas
on said property and that therefore none mas ever produced from
said land in paying quantities, or in any quantity.
