PERFORMANCE BOND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we LaMONTE-SHlMBERG
CORPORATION, called the Principal, and MGIC INDEMNITY CORPORATION,
called the Surety, are held and firmly bound unto CITY OF CLEARWATER,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, in the sum of TWENTY-SIX ~OUSAND DOLLARS

($26,000.00), for the payment of which sum, well and truly to be
made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and
successors, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the
Principal shall, at the request of the CITY OF CLEARWATER at any
time within ten (10) years from the date of this Bond, pave that
certain right-of-way described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; run thence
N. 010 10' 40" E., 1305.47 feet, along the West
boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest '1/4

Southeasterly 407.30 feet, along the arc of a curve
