Gentlemen:
Your attention is directed to the fact that your company
committed itself to construct the railroad crossing at
Fairwood Avenue as soon as the City obtained the necessary
permits.
The plans for this crossing are now complete and final permits
are expected momentarily. As soon as the permits are received,
the project will be advertised and your company expected to
reimburse the City for its cost.
In view of the above, it is requested that you extend Performance
Bond No. 7 00 09 80 with the Great American Insurance Company.
It is noted that we have received a notice that it will be cancelled
on October 30. 1976.
You are hereby notified that the City must receive your response
that the Performance Bond has been extended before October 29. 1976.
