place of business in the City of Clearwater, County of Pinellas and
State of Floridal party of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER,
a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Pinellas and State of Florida,

WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed
and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all the fallowing piece, parcel, lot or
tract of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, and described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at Northeast corner of City Park on
West side of Mandalay Boulevard, Clearwater
Beach, then East on the North line of City
property extended Eighty feet (80') to point
of beginning; thence East on this same line
Two Hundred Sixty feet (260'), thence South
at Ninety degrees (900) to said line to inter-
sect the South line of Clearwater City Park
above mentioned, extended East, thence West
along said line to Eighty feet (80') East of
the Southeast corner of said Park,thence North
parallel to Mandalay Boulevard to point of
beginning.

The above dascribed property is conveyed subject to a mortgage
in the principal sum of $8,000.00 held by the Jefferson Standard
Life Insurance Company.

This deed shall not affect or change in any way any of the pro-
visions of a certain lease made by City of Clearwater to Clear-
water Yacht Club dated August 1st, 1935, which lease shall re-
main in full force and effect regardless of this conveyanoe.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
