KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That this quitclaim
deed, made this 4th day of December, A. D. 1979, between the BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND of the State

of Florida, hereinafter called Grantor, and ISLAND YACHT HARBOR,
INC., 200 Windward Passage, Clearwater, Florida, hereinafter called
Grantee,
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and 1n consideration
of th8 sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, all of the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the Grantor has in and to the following described
lands situate, lying and ,being in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of submerged lands in unsurveyed
portion of Section 8, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Clearwater Harbor, Pinellas
County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:

water, according to a plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 51, at Page 34, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run S.

SAVING AND RESERVING unto the said Board of Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida and
its successors, title in and to, an undivided three-fourths interest
in all the phosphate, minerals and metals that are or may be in,
on, or under the said land and an undivided one-half interest In
all the petroleum that is or may be in, on, or under the said land
with the privilege to mine and develop the same.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the Trustees, for and on behalf of
the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the
State of Florida have hereunto subscribed their names and have
caused the official seal of said Board of Trustees of the Internal
