of Clearwater, Unit 8) for a Point of Beginning; run thence
northwesterly along a curve to the left of 4082.75 feet radius,
chord bearing N. 8046'1911 W. chord distance 125.00 feet; 125 feet~
run thence East 101.40 feet~ run thence southeasterly along a
curve to the left of 4182.75 feet radius, chord bearing S.8035'39"E.
chord distance 120.00 feet, 120 feet; run thence S.870l2'4l" W.

It is the intent of this Quit Claim Deed that the Grantor herein
release and relinquish any and all rights to the aforedescribed
real property that it might otherwise hold or own under Agreement
entered into on the 22nd day of January, 1969 by and between North
Bay Company and the City of Clearwater, Florida, and recorded on
January 24, 1969 in O. R. Book 3000, pages 300,301,302, Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
