described perimeter:
Begin at a point which is 3,725.33 feet North, and
3,861.80 feet East of the SW corner of said Section 17;
run thence along the East right of way line of a channel
as described in a deed from the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, No. 22588, as
recorded in O.R. 1028, pages 92 through 97 inclusive of
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; North
140 09' 4511 West, 131.76 feet; thence North 460 38' 19"
East, 1245.68 feet; thence North 020, 51' 45" West,
1890.76 feet; thence South 490 23'41" East, along the
South right of way line of the Memorial Causeway, 2198.72
feet to the P.C. of a curve to the left whose Chord is
South 560 17' 07" East, 1542.76 feet whose Arc is
1546.48 feet, whose Radius is 6429.5~ feet and whose
central angle is 130 46' 52"; thence South 630 10' 33"
East, 321.72 feet; thence South 'Z{o 52' 34" West, along
the West right of way line of the Intracoastal Waterway,
1962.68 feet; thence along the North right of way line

West of the Southwest corner or the SEt or Section 16,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East.; said point being North
620 07' 26" West, 850.00 feet or Sta. 72+00, centerline
of Cut "P-35" of the Intracoastal Waterway Canal. Run
thence North 620 07' 26" West, 1000.00 feet; thence North
'2:(0 52' 34" East, 1000.00 feet; thence South 620 07' 26"
East, 1000.00 feet.; thence South '2:(0 52' 34" West, 1000.00
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said easement being Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund
Easement No. 22696, dated January 23, 1961.
This deed is granted subject to the following provisions

'and reservations:
1. This deed is given and granted upon the express condition
SUbsequent that ,the Grantee herein, or its successors and
assigns shall never sell or conveyor lease the land first
above described herein nor any part thereor to any private
person, firm or corporation for any private use or purpose,
it being the intention of this restriction that said land
shall be used solely for pUblic purposes, and that no ex-
ception will be made to said restriction unless and until
such exception shall have been mutually agreed upon by the
Grantors or their successors and the Grantee or its suc-
cessors or assigns arter pUblic hearing concerning such
exception.
2. The Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund hereby reserve
unto themselves and their successors title to an undivided
three-fourths of all phosphate, minerals and metals and title
to an undivided one-half of all petroleum that may be in, on
or under the above described land with the privilege to mine
and develop the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises and the appurtenances
! thereof, unto said CITY OF CLEARWATER, its successors and assigns,
forever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Trustees have hereunto
