Gentlemen:
In accordance with your request, I have examined the following
ABSTRACT OF TITLE purporting to reflect the title to the captioned property:
ABSTRACT OF TITLE NO. 7596, prepared by Pinellas
County Title Company, Clearwater, Florida, consisting of
PAGES ONE (1) through TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT,
(228), inclusive, covering the period of time from the earliest
public records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas
County was formerly a part, through July 25, 1967, the date
of certification thereof.
Based on such examination, I find that title to said property appears
to be vested in VICTORIA CACKOWSKI. subject to the following exceptions
and obj ections:
(1) SURVEY: Exception is taken to any state of facts which
might be disclosed by an accurate survey of the premises.
(2) PARTIES IN POSSESSION: Exception is taken to the rights
of any persons in possession if other than the above named Owner.

corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and is
subject to said City's applicable zoning ordinances.

(6) MECHANIC'S AND MATERIALMAN'S LIENS: Subject to any
unrecorded liens by mechancis or materialmen in connection

In my opinion, a WARRANTY DEED properly executed by VICTORIA
CACKOWSKI, widow of Anthony Cackowski, deceased, joined by her
present spouse, if remarried, would convey a good and merchantable title
