Att~ched is quit claim deed to the City from North Bay
Company, and deed of dedication from the City, the ac-
ceptance and delivery of which were authorized by Com-
mission on July 7, 1958.
The deed from North Bay Company covers the area on
which the Isla.nd Estates sewer plant is located.
The deed of dedication from the City is self-explanatory.
Please place a 20~ State revenue stamp on the deed from
North Bay Company and record it, and record the deed of
dedication without revenue stamps. Both should be re-
tained in your files.
I am sending a copy of this memorandum, together with a
copy of the deed of dedication, to the Engineer.
The Attorney for Island Estates has requested that he
be advised as to a procedure of establishing dock lines
at 45-degree angles from the points where public and
private property adjoin. I will appreciate the Engineer
giving me his recommendations concerning this.

THIS CONVEYANCE, made this ~ day of July,
1958, from the City of Clearwater, a municipal cor-
poration, in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
as the party of the first part, to the Public in gen-
eral, as parties of the second part,
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part has, after due
consideration in authorized regular meeting, found and
determined that it is in the best interest of the Public
in general, the citizens and taxpayers of the City of
Clearwater, and the party of the first part that it do
dedicate, grant and convey, and it does hereby dedicate,
grant and convey unto the Public in general, subject
only to the terms, conditions and provisions hereof,
and subject to applicable terms, conditions and provis-
ions of law, that portion of the following described
land in the City of Clearwater, which portion is present-
ly not raised above mean high tideby the fill upon which
Memorial Causeway is located, described as follows:
