GUARANTY AND AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, at the request of'W. L. Timmons, also
known as Walter L. Timmons, the City of Clearwater has
agreed to exchange quit-,claim deeds with him and Frank
Bouman covering certain proPerty in the 'Vicinity of'
Water Lot 1, City Park SubdiviSion, in consideration
of' said Timmons' and Bouman's written agreement to
make certain improvements at said location, as here-
inafter Provided; and,
WHEREAS, concurrently herewith the City is ex-
changing quit-claim deeds as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of' the exchange
of' said deeds, the undersigned Walter L. Timmons and
Frank Bouman hereby agree and guarantee that within
a Period of' six (6) months from the date of' this in-
strument, they will:
1. At their expense, construct or have con-
structed, a bulkhead or seawall in accordance with speci-
fications of the City Engineer of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, along the North edge of' the nroperty for which a
quit-claim is being given them by the City, said location
being more specif'ically set out on a nrint nrepared by
Rompon & Associates, a copy of' which is attached hereto
and by reference made a Part he~eof', said bulkhead to
run f'rom the Northeast corner of' said narcel Northwesterly
along the line marked ftproPosed bulkhead" to connect with
the existing bulkhead of' the City at the Northwest terminus
of said line.
2. Backf'ill f'rom said bulkhead to connect with the

said Parcel to connect with the existing shore line to
a grade equal to the existing shore line.
