In accordance with action of the City Commission on November
25, 1957, a quit claim deed and guaranty and agreement have
been secured from W. L. Timmons and Frank Bouman. The guar-
anty and agreement is enclosed for your files. A quit claim
deed to the City is enclosed and should be recorded and then
filed amouDg your records. A deed from the City to Timmons
and Bouman, which I have signed, is enclosed. Please sign
it, send it to the Manager and Mayor for their signatures,
after which it should be acknowledged and returned to me
for delivery to Timmons and Bouman.
A copy of this memorandum, together with a copy of the agree-
ment and guaranty is being sent the City Engineer.
