WHEREAS, the instrnment \/as recorded in Deed Book 779,
other evidence, and
WHEREAS,one of the grantors is deceased, but his heirs
and is hereby located and described as follows:

line of Ma.,rianne Street and the west right-of-,...ay line
of r-1andala~ Road, and thence run N 060 30' 52" E, 330.54
feet along "the West right-of-way line of Handalay Road
to a point, said point lying on a line which lies 1207.5
feet North 9f the South boundary of Gov't. Lot 3, Section
8, Townshw 29 South, Range 15 East; thence run S 890 59'
43" ~v, 449.90 feet to the Point of Beginning (P.O.B.);
thence run S790 25' 21" E, 75.00 feet to a point, said
point being 20 feet West of the center of the now exist-
ing seawall; thence No 100 34' 39" E, 10.00 feet to a
point; thence N 790 25' 21" W to the mean high water
line; then~e southerly along the mean high water line
approximately 10 feet to a point; thence S 790 25' 21"
E to the P.O.B.
IT IS FURTHER Agreed that the attached survey, designated
as Exhibit A, prepared by Curtis DeYoung, on June 18, 1979, as re-
vised on July 26, 1979, August 13, 1979, October 8, 1979, December
20, 1~79, and January 28, 1980, be and is hereby recognized as the

correct boundary survey of the property hereinabove described,
that being the shaeed strip on said survey.
IT IS FURTHER Agreed that this Clarification of Deed is
binding on the parties'heirs, assigns, and successors in interest
as if this instrument was in fact the "Deed" dated June 15, 1937,
and recorded in o. R. Book 779, Page 288.
