QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this 12th day of April, A. D. 1971,
between CLEARWATER CHAPTER NO. 45 ROYAL ARCH MASONS OF FLORIDA~
a non-profit corporation chartered under THE MOST EXCELLENT GRAND
CHAPTER OF ROYAL ARCH MASONS OF FLORIDA. a non-profit corporation
chartered by a General A ct of the Legis lature of the State of Florida, and
CLEARWATER COUNCIL NO. 34 ROYAL AND SELECT MASTERS, a non-profit
corporation chartered under THE MOST ILLUSTRIOUS GRAND COUNCIL OF
ROYAL AND SELECT MASTERS OF FLORIDA. a non-profit corporation
chartered by a General Act of the Legislature of the State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA. a municipal corporation,
of the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, party of the second part, whose
mailing address is PO Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereb acknowledged~ have remised, released and quitclaimed,
and by these presents do remise. release and quitclaim unto the said party of the
second part all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the following described parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The West 50 feet of the following described tract: Begin
at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and run S 0001'19" W
along the Section line, 1360.78 feet for a P. O. B.; thence
S 0001'19" W along the Section line, 298.94 feet; thence
S 89036130" E 277.23 feet; thence N 0005129" E 299.31 feet;
thence N 89041104" W 277.63 feet to the P. O.B., LESS the
North 158. 94 feet.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whats oever of the said parties of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part.
