G. W. JOHNSON, as Trustees of Trinity Baptist Church of Clearwater, Inc. ,
a Florida non-profit corporation, first party, to CITY OF CLEAR WATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, whose post office address is P. O. Box
4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518, second party:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the
said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said second party forever.

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1. 00, in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said first party has in and to the following des cribed lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to -wit:
Start at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and run
N 89041'09" W along the 40-acre line 1254.99 feet to the East
right-of -way line of Belcher Road; thence run N 00 01'19" W
along the East line of Belcher Road 192. 72 feet to the South
right-of-way line of Northeast Coachman Road and the
Point of Beginning; thence continue N 0001'19" W, 61. 91
feet to the Centerline of Northeast Coachman Road as shown
on the Plat of Palmetto Terrace Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 39, Page 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; thence run N 530 53' 12" E along said
centerline 395.82 feet; thence continue along said centerline
N 540 09100" E, 786.44 feet; thence run S 350 51'00" E, 50. 00
feet; thence run S 540 09'00" W along a line 50.00 feet southerly
of and parallel to said centerline 786.32 feet; thence run
S 53053'1211 W along a line 50.00 feet southerly of and parallel
to said centerline 432.22 feet to the Point of Beginning.
