WITNESSETH, that said grantor, pursuant to a certain
Agreement recorded in O.R. 5211, Page 165, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the,
following described land, situate, lying and being in Pinellas
County, Florida, to-wit: ~,

SEE Exhibit "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, by, through, or under grantor, but not
otherwise, subject, however, to easements, restrictions and
reservations of record, and any liens for real estate taxes for
1984 and subsequent years. However, grantor agrees to pay all
taxes attributable to periods on or before the date of
recordation of this Warranty Deed but shall not be responsible
for any taxes attributable to periods arising thereafter.
Provided further, the property hereby conveyed is restricted to
use for public purposes, primarily recreation.
