RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF RESTRICTIONS
The City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, having conducted a
public hearing on August 21, 1986, upon the request of Williams & Walker, Ltd., to
remove the Restrictions set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions recorded on
August 25, 1972, at Official Records Book 3863, Page 842, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, relating to the real property described therein, and having
authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this instrument upon a finding that
the restrictions are no longer necessary and that it is reasonable and in the public
interest to consent to the termination of said restrictions, does hereby release, remove
and terminate the restrictive covenants as set forth therein.
