WHEREAS, ALFRED P. MARSHALL and JESSIE C. MARSHALL, his
wife, are the owners of certain real property situate in the
City of Clearwater, Florida, more particularly hereinafter de-

WHEREAS, portions of their said properties were formerly
a part of a now vacated plat known as Causeway Business District~
NOW t THEREFORE t KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
