First Party, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, as the Second Party.

That for and in consideration of the premises and the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the First Party has
remised, released and quitclaimed and by these presents does
hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the Second Party,
its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title and
interest of the State of Florida, and/or the State Road De-
partment of Florida, in and to the following described land,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Flo-
rida, to-wit:
