at a meeting of the Board, Mr. Batstooe, chainnan, we agree

That this organization will move the building known
as the ''Old Phillips Residen'e" from ite present location to
.3158 Gulf to Bq Boulevard, and that the exterior of the bUIld-
ing when it is moved, will be covered with material "coosisting
of one (1) hour fire rating, ani that 8.lO" and all future ad-
ditions will ccnform with the Soothern Building Code, or other
oodes and ordinances of the City of Clearwater".
Mr. Jaes Hollq, who will mve the building, will be
at your ottice sometime todq to pick up the pennit to IOOve the
