principal place of business in the City of Clearwate~ ,County of
Pinellas , State of Florida, as party of the irst part, and the
STATE OF FLORIDA, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, quit claim and
convey unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Pinel las, State of Florida, to-wit:
All rights, title and interest in and to that certain easement recorded in
OR 5925, Pg. 1205, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
lying within the following described parcel:
RIGHT OF WAY
Those portions of Lots 8, 9 & 10, Block 8, Bay View City Subdivision,
Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9, Pg. 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Being described as follows:
Commence at a i" pinched iron pipe marking the Northeast corner of Lot 6,
Block 8 of said Bay View City Subdivision; thence South 0009100" West
243.36 feet along the East Lot line of said Lot 6 & Lot 7, Block 8 of said
subdivision to a 5/8" iron rod marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 7;
thence South 89017145" West 41.99 feet along the South Lot line of said Lot
7 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 for a point of beginning; thence
North 0008'38" East 10.38 feet along the East Lot line of said Lot 8 to the
North line of a 10.00 foot R/W easement, as described in OR 5924, Pg. 1205,
Pinellas County, Florida; thence South 89016100" West 125.97 feet along
said North line of said easement to the West lot line of said Lot 10;
thence South 0009'00" West 10.31 feet along said West Lot line to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 10 and the South line of said 10.00 foot R/W
easement; thence North 89017'45" East 125.97 feet along said South line of
said easement and the South Lot line of said Lots 8, 9 & 10 to the point of
beginning.
Less existing rights of way.
Containing 1303 square feet, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, and claim whatsoever of the party
of the first part, in law or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever.

presents to be duly executed in its name by its Mayor-Commis~ioner
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, attested by its
