RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, Samuel C. Campagna, Jr. and Helen C. Campagna, his
wife, are the owners of the following real property situate, lying and being
in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, to wit:
South 10 feet of Lot 15, all of Lots 16 thru 22, inclusive,
and the South 15 feet of Lot 23, Barrett Manor Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 45, page 84 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida;
and
WHEREAS, said Owners desire to place certain restrictions upon
said property, which shall be covenants running with the land, for the pro-
ection of themselves, persons and corporations purchasing said property
from them or their heirs, executors or assigns, and the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in
consideration of the foregoing premises and other good and. valuable consideration
between the parties, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
Samuel C. Campagna, Jr. and Helen C. Campagna, his wife, as owners of the
above described property, do hereby adopt and promulgate the restrictive
covenants hereinafter set forth:
1. These restrictions and limitations are to be regarded as covenants
running with the land regardless of whether they are specifically mentioned
in any deeds or conveyances subsequently executed.
2. The building to be erected on said real property shall be limited
in height to one (l) story.
3. Said property shall be limited in use to professional and related
services only.
4. Thes e covenants and restrictions shall be binding On all parties
and all persons claiming under them, and no exception, variation or termination
of these restrictions shall be authorized or effective without the prior written
consent of the City of Clearwater.
