ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR SALE OF CITY PROPERTY
The City of Clearwater, Florida, is offering the following
lot for sale for the purpose of providing additional housing
as authorized by existing zoning of the property involved:
Lot 16, Block A, Carlton Terrace Subdivision,
located at 2637 Morningside Dri ve with a
minimum bid of $3500.00 for the property.
The followin~ conditions shall be met by all bidders:
1. Bidder must obtain building pernit within six
months after closing and commence construction
inunediately.
2.. A deposit of 10% of the bid shall be made by th~
successful bidder within 7 days following
acceptance of the bid by the City Commission with
baldnce of bid being paid upon closing which shall
be within 30 days of the acceptance.
3. All bids will be net to the City.
Proposals shall be in sealed envelopes and marked "A Proposal for
Purchase of Lot 16, Block A, Carlton Terrace Subdivision" which
proposals will be received by the City Managers~ Offic~ until
1:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 2, 1974 and said proposals will be openEI
at that time.
The right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities
