TERMINATION OF
DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE

A. Hunter Hotel Company, Inc. ("Owner") is the owner of the real
property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
("Property").
B. The Property is subject to a Declaration of Unity of Title recorded in
O.R. Book 6472, Page 1145, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
, ("Declaration").
C. The Declaration provides' that it may be released in writing under
the order of the City Manager of the City.
D. On August 19, 2003, the Community Development Board of the
City approved a flexible development application submitted by Owner, thereby
terminating the status of non-conformity of the Property and eliminating the need
for the Declaration. Accordingly, the Owner has requested that the City
terminate the Declaration.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and
valuable, consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof are hereby
acknowledged, City, through its City Manager; hereby terminates the Declaration,
