Attached is Warranty Deed from Hayward C. Meyer, et ux,
dated November 13, 1959, covering property needed by the
City for extension of Drew Street.
As you know, the City, by Resolution No. 59-43, was to
acquire this property by condemnation, if necessary,
but the matter was amicably adjusted without the nec-
essity of proceeding in court. The consideration paid
was $52,400.00 and it is the City;s responsibility to
record and place proper documentary stamps on the deed,
as follows:
