In accordance with your request, I have examined the following
Abstracts of Title purporting to ralect the title to the captioned property:
ABSTRACT OF TITLE NO. 7382, prepared by
PINELLAS COUNTY TITLE COMPANY, Clearwater,
Florida, consisting of Pages number One (I) through
One Hundred Ninety-three (193) inclusive covering the
p~riod of time from the earliest Public Records of Hills-
borough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was
formerly a part, through and including February 27, 1961,
the date of last ce rtification of said abstract by Pinellas
County Title Company.
CONTINUATION OF ABSTRACT NO. 7382, prepared by
GULF COAST TIT LE COMPANY, Clearwater, Florida, con-
sisting of Pages numbered One Hundred Ninety-four (194)
through Two Hundred (200) inclusive, and covering the
period of time from February 27, 1961 to and including
December 4, 1962, the date of said continuation certificate
by Gulf Coast Title Company.

Based on such examination, I find title to said property appears to be
vested as hereinafter set forth and subject to the following exceptions and
objections:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, less the West 2-1/2 feet of said
Lot 8, all in Block 17, of GOULD AND EWING IS
SUBDIVISION, according to map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 52, Public Records
of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County
was formerly a part, title vested in W. E. STRANG,
INC., a Florida corporation.
The West 2-1/2 feet of Lot 8 and all of Lots 9, 10 and
11 in Block 17, of GOULD AND EWING IS SECOND
ADDITION, according to map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 52 of the Public Records
of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas
County was formerly a part, title vested in WALTER E.
STRANG and MYRTLE L. STRANG, husband and wife,
as an estate by the entirety.
EXCEPTIONS AND OBJECTIONS:
1. ENCUMBRANCES: Your attention is called to Page 197
of said Abstract which sets forth a mortgage dated April 6,
1961, recorded in O. R. Book 1148, page 88, of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in the original principal
amount of $24,000 encumbering all of the captioned property
from WALTER E. STRANG and MYRTLE L. STRANG, his
wife, and W. E. STRANG, INC., a Florida corporation, as
Mortgagors, to the BANK OF CLEARWATER, a Florida
corporation, as Mortgagee. Said note and mortgage pro-
vided for interest after date of April 6, 1961, at the rate of
6% per annum until paid, interest payable quarterly, and
said principal indebtedness was to be paid on or before one
year from April 6, 1961.
2. SURVEY: Exception is taken to any state of facts which
might be disclosed by an accurate survey of the premises.
3. PARTIES IN POSSESSION: Exception is taken to the
rights of any persons in possession if other than the above
named owners.

4. ZONING ORDINANCES: This property is located within
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and
is subject to said City1s applicable Zoning Ordinances.
5. REAL PROPERTY TAXES for the calendar year 1962.
6. MECHANIC'S LIENS: In the State of Florida, laborers
and materialmen are given lien rights against property for
performance of labor or furnishing materials and these lien rights
may be asserted for a period of three (3) months after the com-
pletion of the work, even though no instrument has been filed of
record. For this reason, inquiries should be made to ascertain
if any work or labor has been performed or materials furnished
for the construction of improvements upon the above described
real property within the past three (3) months and an Affidavit
should be obtained from the record owners stating that there
are no unpaid obligations in connection with any labor or materials
furnished to said premises.
7. RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
In my opinion a Warranty Deed properly executed by WALTER E.
STRANG and MYRTLE L. STRANG, his wife, and a Warr anty Deed properly
executed by the appropriate corporation officials of W. E. STRANG, INC.,
a Florida corporation, would convey a good and merchantable title to the
captioned property subject to the exceptions and objections noted above.

the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
aportion of Drew Street in the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, in accordance with survey and plans on
file in the office of the City Engineering Department; and,
WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of
street is subject to a mortgage

agreed that this instrument subordinates said encumbrance insofar as same affects
the rights and privileges of ' the City of Clearwater, Florida in its use of the land
