PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, GULF FLORIDA INVESTMENT CO. , INC., a Florida corporation,
by Indenture of Mortgage filed September 23, 1963, and recorded in Official Record
1765, page 661 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, granted and
conveyed unto JANET R. C. SHRIDER and assigns the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of money and interest thereon as therein mentioned;

WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested said Mortgagee to release the premises

good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient
warranty deed, free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise
indicated, unto the City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the

of Janet R. C. Shrider, filed September 23, 1963, and recorded in OR
1765, page 661 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
