(7) MECHANIC'S LIENS: In the State of Florida, laborers and materialmen are given lien rights against property for performance of labor or furnishing materials and these lien rights may be asserted for a period of three (3) months after the com- pletion of the work, even though no instrument has been fi~ed of record.
