THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 20th day of January
1964, between FREDDIE LEIGH WILDER, a widow, hereinafter referred to as 1I0wnerll
and the CITY OF CLEAR WATER. COUNTY OF PINELLAS. STATE OF FLORIDA,
hereinafter referred to as IIPurchaser";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater requires property hereinafter described as
right of way for construction and maintenance of an authorized city, county or state
street or highway and said Purchaser is required to furnish same for such purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable
considerations, it is agreed as follows:
(a) The Owner agrees to sell and convey, by good and sufficient warranty deed,
free of liens and encumbrances, except as herein otherwise indicated, unto the City of
Clearwater, a municipal corporation, the following described land in Pinellas County,
Florida, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 6 of Gould and Ewing's First Addition to Clearwater, Florida
accoELng to a m~p or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 52 of the
public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was
formerly a part: LESS the South 38 ft. thereof, more or less, said South 38
ft. being more fully described as follows: Begin at the SW corner of said

Subject to taxes for 1964 and subsequent years.
Description in accordance with Surveys by N. J. Rompon dated 1/15/64
attached hereto as a part hereof.
The owner shall have 60 days after date during which she agrees to remove
all buildings from the premises at her expense, which buildings shall remain
the property of the owner.
at and for the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14, ODD) and the Owner hereby agrees
that said consideration shall be inclusive of all costs.
(b) Purchaser shall pay said sum in cash within 30 days from date hereof upon
simultaneous delivery of such deed of conveyance; Taxes for the year 1963 and prorated
taxes for the year 1964 shall be paid by the Owner; Owner shall place the necessary
documentary tax stamps upon the deed given in pursuance of this Agreement and Owner
shall furnish acceptable title insurance in the principal sum of $14, 000.00.
