THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ --day of November, A. D.
1972, between FIELD CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, INC., a Pennsylvania
corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida,
party of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a Municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, party of the second part,
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable
considerations, to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer, unto
the said party of the second part all that certain parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Pinellas, more particularly
described as follows:
Start at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 7 of
Unit 8, Island Estates of Clearwater as re-
corded in Plat Book 64, Pages 73 and 74, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
thence run S 720 30' 00" West 100.00 feet to-a.:'
point on the Westerly right~of-way line of Island
Way and the point of beginning; then run along the
arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of
6202.29 feet, chord bearing of N 170 28' 53" West,
chord distance 4.01 feet, arc length 4.01 feet;
thence run S 770 27'00" West 351.47 feet; thence
run S 200 59'21 " East 30.48 feet; thence run S
180 52' 54" East 30.03 feet; thence run N 770 27'
00" East 348.86 feet to a point on the Westerly
right-of-way line of Island Way; thence along the
arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
6202.29 feet, chord bearing of N 170 28'39" West,
chord distance 56.21 feet, arc length 56.21 feet
to the P.O.B.

SUBJECT TO: Real Estate Taxes for 1972 and subsequent
years.
REVERTER CLAUSE:
Title to the above described property shall automatically
revert and become revested in Grantor, its successors
or assigns in the event any additional bridge or cause-
way is commenced to connect Clearwater Beach Island

with any mainland property in or adjacent to the
City Limits of the City of Clearwater or to connect
said Clearwater Beach Island with any other island
situated within the territorial limits of Pinellas
County, Florida, OTHER THAN OVER AND ACROSS ISLAND
ESTATES BY WAY OF HARBOR DRIVE, IF EXTENDED, WESTERLY
TO CONNECT TO CLEARWATER BEACH ISLAND, CLEARWATER,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
RESERVATION:
Grantor, for itself, its grantors, licensees, mort-
gagees, successors and assigns, hereby reserves a
non-exclusive easement for access, ingress and
utilities over or across any part of the above de-
scribed lands in order to provide access, ingress
or utilities to lands now or hereafter owned by
Grantor, its grantees, licensees, mortgagees, suc-
cessors or assigns which are contiguous and adjacent
to the lands herein conveyed.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate,
dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement there-
to belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in feessimple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
