QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of G) , 2011, between the City
of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, party of the first part, and Tom Sehlhorst, 6034
Waterside Dr., Birmingham, Alabama 35244, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and transfer and .quit -
claim unto the party of the second part, all that certain parcel of land, more particularly described as
follows:
The South 20 feet of the North 91 feet of Block E, Jos J. Eldridges subdivision, plat
book 1, page 85, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which
Pinellas County was formally a part, LESS ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY
The City does not warrant that the Property is usable without a variance from the zoning
codes of the City, and does not represent to the Grantee that a variance will be granted if requested.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behalf of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, countersigned by its Mayor, and approved as
to form and correctness by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the day
and year first above written.
