hereinafter called the grantor, to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation,
whose postoffice address is PO Box 1348, Clearwater, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
Witnesseth: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $ 1. 00 and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conve;s and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, viz:
From South quarter corner of Section 3, Township 29 South, Range 15
East, run North 89049102" West for a distance of 509.5 feet; thence
North 0010158" East for a distance of 30 feet to a point, said point being
a point on a curve; thence proceed South 89049102" East for a distance
of 23.33 feet to a P. O. B., this being the Southwest corner of Lot 28,

40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; proceed North 39044'02"
West for a distance of 0.72 feet to a point, said point being a point of
intersection of aforesaid curve; thence Northeasterly along said curve to
the left, said curve having a radius of 470 feet, chord bearing North

Easterly line of aforesaid Lot 28; thence South 45051 '24" East along said

all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
