SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that a certain Mortgage Deed
dated the 18th day of April, 1985, made and executed by the Clearwater Housing
Authority, an authority created pursuant to Section 421.04, Florida Statutes, and
given in favor of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, which
Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Records Book 5978, Pages 1759 - 1760
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida;
given to secure the sum of One Hundred Thousand and---No/100's---Dollars
($100,000.00) as evidenced by a certain Promissory Note of even date as
recorded in Official Records Book 5978, Page 1761, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, secured by the following described property situate, lying and
being in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Part of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 24, and all of Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and
30, together with the North % of vacated Haven Street adjacent to
Lot 30 in Block "A" of Heplat of Coachman Heights, according to
Plat Book 20, Page 26 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, more particularly described as: A part of Block "A" Replat of
Coachman Heights, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 26, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida; and a part of the North % of vacated
Haven Street, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner of Block "c" of said Coachman
