ALL LAND, SUBMERGED LAND AND RIPARIAN RIGHTS
which lies West of a Straight line beginning
at the Northwest corner of Block "A", according
to the corrected plat of Peal Park Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book Twelve on page seventeen
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
and extending Southwesterly to the Southwest
corner of Block "B" of said Plat; and between
Westwardly projections of the North and South
Boundaries of the tract of land defined as "Peale
Park" in this Plat, extended to intersection with
the line of navigable water in Clearwater Bay,
SUBJECT HOWEVER to the right-of-way of a Public
Thoroughfare variously known as "North Ft. Harrison
Avenue", "Edgewater Ave.", "Alt. U.S. 19", etc.,
which occupies a part of the area described
foregoing along its entire Easterly boundary.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging and in any wise appertaining,
to the proper use and behoof of the Grantee for all such time that

the property shall be dedicated as a "deep water public park" by the
said Grantee and should the same ever be abandoned as a "deep water
public park" or diverted to any other use, the estate hereby granted
and the fee simple title thereto shall thereupon revert to and
remain vested in the persons named as beneficiaries under the Last
Will and Testament of Monterey F. W. Weidemeyer, each holding a
one-fifth (1/5) undivided interest as tenants in common namely:
C. MAURICE WEIDEMEYER, EDWIN DUDLEY WEIDEMEYER, JOHN HOMER
WEIDEMEYER, LLOYD H. WEIDEMEYER and DOROTHA MATILDA DISHAROON,
formerly known as DOROTHA MATILDA POOLE, their heirs and assigns.
