party of the first part, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, party of the second part, t'
WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum. of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part,
and to its successors and assigns forever, all the following parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida and
described as follows, to wit:
Start at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 3,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East and run West along the
1/4 section line, 645.88 feet, said line also being the
centerline of Sunset Point Road (C. R. 32); thence run South
50 feet to the South right-of-way line of said Sunset Point
Road and the p. O. B.; thence continue South 100 feet; thence
run West 120 feet; thence run North 100 feet to the South
right-oi-way line of Sunset Point ~oad; thence run East along
said right-of-way line 120 feet to the P. O. B.
