The West thirty feet (30') of the following described tract:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 3, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East; thence run North 000 08' 18" West along the Easterly
line of said Section 3, a distance of 858.00 feet; thence run North
890 36' 07" West, a distance of 1332.75 feet to the Point of
Beginning, also being the centerline of Betty Lane and Sandy Lane;
thence run North 890 36' 07" West, a distance of 663.25 feet to the
centerline of Pineland Drive; thence run North 000 11' 44" West,
a distance of 1809.38 feet to the centerline of Sunset Point Road;
thence run South 890 12' 39" East, a distance of 665.49 feet to the
centerline of Betty Lane and Sunset Point Road; thence run South
