WHEREAS, said Owner desires to place certain restrictions upon
said property in order to comply under Title VII of The Housing Act of
196il, as amended;
~OW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in
consideration of the foregoing premises and other good and valuable considerations,
the undersigned, City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, does
hereby adopt and promulgate the restrictive covenants hereinafter set forth:
1. The above described property or any interest therein may not be
s old, leased, or otherwise transferred without the prior written approval of
the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, his designee, or any successor
thereto.
2. This restriction shall be binding on all parties and all persons
claiming under them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper
