DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 9th day of February, 1971,
between CLARENCE A. JOHNSON, II, and NANCY R. JOHNSON, his wife,
JR.,
CHARLES M. BOOTH/and DOROTHY J. BOOTH, his wife, and J. K. HIGGINS
and LORA J. HIGGINS, his wife, of the County of Orange, in the State
of Florida, parties of the first part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, of
the County of Pinellas, in the State of Florida, whose Post Office
address is Clearwater, Florida, party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, its heirs and assigns forever, the following des-
cribed land, situate and being in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to-wit:
Begin at the SW corner of the NE~ of the SW~ of
Section 2, Township 29 S, Range 15 E and run
thence South 89026'15" East 50 feet to the point
of beginning; thenye North 00007'41" WEst 30 ft.
run ~hence S 89026 15" East 150 ft; run thence
S 00007'41" East 30 ft.; thence North 89026'15"
West 150 ft. to the place of beginning.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
