RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Richard L.
Kamensky, as Trustee, the owner of the following described
propertYin Pinellas County, Florida:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
less and except road right-of-way.
does by these presents, and in consideration of the annexation
and zoning of said property by the City of Clearwater, Florida,
for multiple residences, covenant with the said City of Clearwater
as follows:
1. That the height of any building constructed on
such property shall be limited to three stories;
2. That such covenant can only be changed by prior
written consent of the City of Clearwater, Florida;
3. This restrictive covenant shall be binding upon
grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns and shall run with
the land until terminated as hereinabove provided regardless
of whether it is specifically mentioned in any deeds or
conveyances subsequently executed.
