AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENTs made and entered into between the City of
Clearwater and Campbell Paving Companys
RECITES:
It is agreed between the parties hereto that the provisions of
Paragraph Xll-3of the original Contract for Purchase and Sale entered into
between the parties hereto on October ~s 1984s shall survive the closing
of this transactions scheduled to take place on the 16th day of Novembers
1984.
