RELEASE
I, GERRY ARNER, in conside ration of Two Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($2,200. 00) paid to me by the City of Clearwater, Florida, release
the City of Clearwater, Florida, its officers and employees from all liability,
whether or not fully developed or known at this time, arising out of my
purchase of property and subsequent partial construction of my building in the
Clearwater Industrial Park on or about May 25, 1977, as stated in, but not
limited by, the attached letters from my attorney to the City of Clearwater,
dated June 30, 1978, and November 2, 1978.
I recognize that this release is a settlement and compromise of a doubtful
and disputed claim. I further- recognize that the City of Clearwater, Florida, its
officers and employees admit no liability in this matter by payment of the above-
stated Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($2,200. 00)
