SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the CITY OF
of the
State of Florida, holder of a certain mortgage given by RAY D. GERBER and
ELLEN M. GERBER, his wife, to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
bearing date the 16th day of August, 1967, recorded in Official Record Book
2657, page 709, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida, given to secure the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00),
evidenced by a certain note, upon the following described property, situate,
lying and being in Pinellas County, State of Florida, to wit:
West One-Half d.) of Lot Six (6), CLEARWATER
INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 44, page 46 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida,
has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby ackmwledge
satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said municipal corporation has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, this,
