ASSIGNMENT
I, R. W. HUME, hereby assign all my right, title and interest in
and to that certain Real E state Contract, dated November 17, 1969, between
the City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, as Seller, and
R. W. Hume, as Purchaser, to Form-pak Equipment Sales, Inc., a Florida
corporation, whose address is 848 Harbor Island, Clearwater, Florida, which
contract provided for the purchase for the sum of $11, 950. 00, the following
described real property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
The West One-half of Lot Six (6} of Clearwater
Industrial Park, according to the map or plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 44, page 46, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, containing 2.39 acres,
and hereby direct the City of Clearwater, Florida, to transfer the title to
said real property to said corporation.
