This will acknowledge your letter of J~n~ary 3rd with
which you sent the Ci.ty's check for the sum of $1,575.00 pay-
able to Ray H. DePasquale. I believe this money belongs to
The Systems Development Corporation but if so Mr. DePasquale
can endorse it over.
The return of this deposit money operates as a complete
release and cancellation of the contract whereby Mr,. DePasquale
and The Systems Development Corporation undertook to purchase a
lot in Clearwater Industrial Park. I am sorry our plans did not
workout, and hope my clients will renew their interest in this
property at somettme in the future.
