THIS INDENTURE, Made this J'~~ day of June, A. D. 1956,
between CONSTANTINE FARMS, INC., a corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, having its principal place of business in
the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, party of the first part,
and CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, of the County of

WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the City of Clearwater, Florida
promises to'pay to the order of CONSTANTINE FARMS, INC., a Florida
corporation, at the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Sixty-
nine Thousand Dollars ($69,000.00), with interest at the rate of
five per cent (5%) per annum to be paid on or before ten (10) years
from date in equal quarterly installmen~s of Two thousand Sev~n
Hundred Ninety-one and 67/100 Dollars ($2,79l.67)e~ch, plus 1nterest
to the date of each payment, on or before the /~tG day of each
September, December, March, and June, during the fifth through the
tenth years, inclusive~ hereafter until the entire principal sum is

QUARTER (SEi) of the NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE~) of
the SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE~); the SOUTHEAST QUARTER
(sEi) of the SOUTHEAST QUARTER ~SEi) all lying in
Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 15 East and all
that portion of the NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEi) of the
NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEi) of Section 12, Township 29
South, Range 15 East lying North of the Seaboard
Airline Railroad, Pinellas County, Florida.
This note is not a general obligation of the maker, but
rather the payment hereof is secured solely by the mortgage upon
the above described realty.
If any of the said sums of money herein referred to be
not promptly and fully paid within thirty (30) days next after
the same severally become due and payable, the entire unpaid
balance then due on this note shall then become due and payable
forthwith or thereafter at the option of the payee, its heirs
or assigns, as fully and completely as if the said aggregate
sum of $2,791.67 was originally stipulated to be paid on such a
day, anything in this note to the contrary notwithwtanding.
Now should it become necessary to collect this note
through an attorney, either of us, whether maker, security or
endorser on this note, hereby agrees to pay all costs of such
collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
