Mercury Ave. Clearwater, F1. 33575 Dear Mr. Rubright: On Thursday, February 21, 1985, my office was advised by Jay Rhodes of Rhodes & Wice Funeral Home that you had placed the urn of Frances Rubright in the Clearwater Cemetery on Monday, February 18, 1985. The superintendent of the cemetery is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and general supervision of the cemetery. He asked me to inform you that the urn was placed in violation of Sections 29.02 and 29.04 of the City Code of Ordinances. The code requires a $15.00 staking fee which is due the City of Clearwater. Please forward your check so that this matter may be closed. I was sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one and regret having,to advise you of the violation.
